This is the nicest copy we have seen in 6 years and was just recently graded by the experts at the CGC. This is the first 9.4 made available at auction in almost 3 years, since July, 2020! How hot is this book? We sold a 9.2 copy just a year ago for a record price of $226,000 in our November, 2021 Grand Auction. An 8.5 copy sold for $120,000 at auction also in November, 2021!
