Qualified because the cover is detached from the bottom staple. Incredible copy. Scarce, and looks like it rolled off the press yesterday. Only graded copy, period. Amazingly, out of the entire run of Peter Panda, no copy has ever graded above CGC 8.5. White pages with RIDICULOUS colors and gloss. Just unreal.
