Description
The second highest rated (and 5th best existing) copy of a very tough issue to obtain in the higher grades. This is a borderline 9.6, but the CGc graders took the conservative route and gave it a 9.4. Fair enough. It is remarkably fresh and glossy with snow white pages and an even whiter cover that depicts both Sandman and the Mandarin against out green-skinned hero.
