Description
This is the tough one! Due to its brilliant black cover (which was ably drawn by Gil Kane and features Spidey and Ka-Zar manhandled by Kraven), this is a very hard issue to locate in ultra high grade. This one qualifies. In fact, it is the highest graded copy ever and is gorgeous. Flat and bright, it appears unread and well-preserved.
