The 4th ever appearance of Spider-Man (just beats out Amazing Spider-Man #3 in July, 1963)!!! One of the best Marvel Annuals EVER. Features both Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby art (the cover is by Kirby himself) plus an enjoyable Stan Lee story. This is the 13th best existing copy (9.2 with WHITE PAGES) behind one in 9.8, 3 in 9.6 and only 8 in 9.4. Full cover gloss, sharp edges and near-perfect centering. It does not get much better than this for Spidey, Torch and popular culture fans.
