Description
VERY first NM+ we've had on the site!! Nicest example we've ever seen (by a LOT) and the second nicest one in existence. From May, 1965, this is a ridiculously gorgeous 9.6 example of an incredibly tough issue to find in the upper echelon grades (only 1 9.8 and 10 other 9.6's out there). This is the next best thing to a 9.8, a smokin' and shiny NM+ with PERFECT CENTERING and fresh off-white to white pages. Great Ditko cover plus an awesome Mysterio story by Stan Lee. Speaking of Mysterio, this is his second ever appearance and all his early ones are heating up with the advent of the forthcoming Spider-Man movie featuring Mysterio. The last 9.6 offered for sale sold for $6,700 in March, 2017, The Northland 9.6 copy sold for a record price of $20,195 in March, 2009.
